Warranty and Service Policy
TerraTracker provides a 1-year limited warranty for all of its products. Products may serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period.
In the event that a defective item needs to be returned for service or exchange, please contact us at tech@terratracker.com for an RMA request, and we will issue you an RMA #.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged. Returned products should be shipped to the following address:

Please retain your shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or a replacement/repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.
Products must be returned in the original box and packaging.
Products must be packaged properly. Any items not with proper packaging material will automatically void the warranty.
RMA # must be clearly written on the shipping boxes.
RMA for Credit will be charged appropriate restocking fees as applicable.
Our Warranty and Service Policy does not cover and is void with respect to:
- Activation Fees
- Shipping Costs
- Products which have been improperly installed, repaired, or modified
- Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, physical damage, exposure to fire, water or excessive moisture or dampness
- Products which have been opened, repaired, modified or altered by anyone other than a TerraTracker authorized service center
- Products on which the serial number or other markings have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible
- Products that are operated outside the limits of the technical specifications of the product
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse of the Products
- Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by TerraTracker.
